1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, booking, or participating in any services offered by FlowLab Studios LLC, DBA Axis & Arc (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including in-person classes, online classes, workshops, or purchasing merchandise, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in classes unless prior written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Services Provided
We offer:
Pole fitness, flexibility and dance classes
Workshops and special events
Pole instructor training
Merchandise
4. Health & Safety Disclaimer
By participating, you acknowledge that:
Physical activity involves inherent risks, including injury
You are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility
You are physically able to engage in the activity
You will inform instructors of any injuries or limitations
Participation is at your own risk.
5. Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless FlowLab Studios LLC, DBA Axis & Arc, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any liability for:
Injury, illness, or accidents occurring during participation
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
This waiver does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct, where prohibited by law.
6. Booking, Payment & Memberships
Payments
All classes, memberships, and services must be paid in advance
Prices are listed in USD
Membership Terms
Memberships are subject to a minimum 6-month commitment
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law
Class Packs
Class packs are non-transferable and subject to expiration terms specified at purchase
Auto-Renewal & Subscription Terms
By purchasing a membership with FlowLab Studios LLC, DBA Axis & Arc, you acknowledge and agree that:
Memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment
After the initial term, memberships will automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis
Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle unless canceled
You may cancel your membership after the initial term by providing at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.
By completing your purchase, you provide affirmative consent to these automatic renewal terms and authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
7. Cancellation Policy
Classes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in:
Loss of class credit or session
Possible fee, if applicable
8. Studio Conduct
You agree to:
Follow all instructor guidance
Use equipment safely
Treat staff and other clients with respect
Maintain appropriate hygiene and attire
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, including:
Branding
Logos
Class formats
Videos and content
are the intellectual property of FlowLab Studios LLC, DBA Axis & Arc and may not be used without permission.
10. Merchandise Policy
Returns & Refunds
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase
Items must be unused and in original condition
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
11. Privacy
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
(You should maintain a separate Privacy Policy in compliance with applicable laws, including California privacy regulations.)
12. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to:
Modify schedules
Change instructors
Cancel or reschedule classes
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
15. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Authorization
By completing your purchase, you authorize FlowLab Studios LLC, DBA Axis & Arc to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with these terms.
3. Class Packs
Class packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to expiration terms stated at purchase
4. Workshops & Events
Workshops and special events are non-refundable
If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your spot (subject to approval)
5. Studio Cancellations
If Axis & Arc cancels a class or event, you will receive:
A class credit, or
A refund (at our discretion)
6. Merchandise Refunds
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase
Items must be:
Unused
In original condition
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
