Our Story

Pole has a way of surprising people. You come for the workout, the challenge, or maybe because you've always been curious. Then somewhere along the way, you become stronger, more confident, and more capable than you thought was possible. Axis & Arc was created to support that journey. Whether you're stepping into your first class or building on years of experience, we're here to help you develop skills, challenge yourself, and enjoy the process.

Our Mission

We believe great instruction and a positive studio culture go hand in hand. Our goal is to provide thoughtful programming, supportive coaching, and an environment where students can build strength, confidence, and skills for years to come.

Meet the Team

Tatyana Nazarova

Founder

Before opening Axis & Arc, I spent over 15 years working in marketing and business operations. Outside of work, movement became one of the most rewarding parts of my life.

What started as a personal interest grew into a passion for pole and the community that surrounds it. Over the years, I've met incredible people through pole and experienced firsthand how empowering it can be.

Today, my focus is to create a place where people can train hard, have fun, and keep coming back because they love how movement makes them feel.

I've been fortunate to work with experienced instructors and industry professionals who have helped shape the programming and student experience at Axis & Arc. Their expertise is an important part of what makes this studio special.

Judy Gray

Master Trainer & Program Lead

A lifelong dancer with a background in classical ballet, Judy is passionate about helping people move better, train smarter, and stay in the sport for the long haul.

Known for her no-BS coaching style and results-driven approach, she combines strength, mobility, and technique into structured training systems that support real progress. Her work centers on injury prevention, movement quality, and giving students the tools to build lasting confidence in their bodies.

As Master Trainer and Program Lead, Judy oversees curriculum development and instructor training at Axis & Arc, helping ensure every student receives thoughtful, progressive coaching from day one.

Credentials: BS Kinesiology, MS Human Nutrition, FRCms, FRSC
