Intro to Pole
A beginner-friendly class designed to build confidence, coordination, and a strong foundation.
New to pole? Start here. This class is designed to help you feel comfortable with the pole while learning the fundamentals: spins, transitions, basic grips, and body awareness. No strength or experience required.
You’ll move at a steady, supportive pace, with a focus on control, technique, and building confidence over time. It’s less about getting things “right” and more about getting familiar with your body and how it moves.
Pole Dance - Beginner
PRE-REQUISITES: One Intro to Pole Class
You’ll learn foundational spins, basic transitions, and low-flow choreography, with a focus on smooth movement and musicality.
This class is designed to help you feel comfortable moving around the pole while developing coordination, control, and body awareness.
Tricks & Conditioning - Beginner
Build strength, control, and advance your tricks.
This class introduces the fundamentals of pole technique, including basic climbs, spins, and beginner-friendly tricks.
You’ll focus on proper form, grip, and body engagement while building the strength needed to progress safely.
